Patrick William Perryman
1949 - 2008 Patrick William Perryman, born April 15, 1949 in Los Angeles California, died peacefully May 20, 2008 after a brief illness. He was the eldest son of his dearly departed parents Verne Perryman and Dorothy Bickett of Ontario, California. Patrick spent his early years in Westchester, then after his parents settled in Ontario, he attended St. George School (graduated 1963) and Chaffey High School (graduated 1967) where he excelled in academics and athletics earning numerous honors in football, basketball, and baseball, as well as the California Scholastic Federation. Patrick went on to attend the University of Southern California and received his bachelor's degree in finance in 1971. While at USC, he was a member of the Trojan Football Team that won a National Championship and participated in four consecutive Rose Bowls. He was also a member of the Trojan Baseball Team. After college, Patrick moved to Costa Mesa and then Newport Beach where he had a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry and was competitive in racquetball tournaments throughout Southern California. Recently retired, Patrick could be found cheering and supporting his wife of 17 years, Robin, at her running races and swimming competitions. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister Nancy Jo Ahlswede (Fountain Valley) and brothers Timothy (Agoura Hills), Michael (Mira Loma), and Daniel (Yucaipa). He was beloved brother-in-law to Larry Ahlswede, Pam, Cindy (deceased), and Susan; loving uncle to Chip, Katherine, Stephen, Mark, Brian, Ashley, Andrew, and Christian; and great uncle to Cooper and Donovan. Viewing and memorial services will be held on May 28, 2008 at Draper Funeral Home in Ontario, California with interment immediately following at Bellevue Memorial Park in Ontario.
