After graduation, Frosty Clammer and I drove to the East Coast and did some touring in the Northeast. After we returned I worked as a drafter for two years at Johnston Pump Company in Glendora before going to Chaffey College. After two years at Chaffey, I transferred to Cal Poly Pomona as a civil engineering major. I received my BSCE in 1974 and worked in water resources at local engineering firms for 5 years. I returned to school in 1979 and received my Masters in Environmental Engineering in 1981 from UC Davis. I retired in 2009 from the Inland Empire Utilities Agency in Chino after 25 years.
I am happily married to Natalie Poole (an Oregon Duck) and we split our time between Pasadena, California and Dundee, Oregon. We enjoy travel, college sports (mainly football), volunteering and activities with our dog Bryan. Bryan enjoys Agility classes to show off and burn energy. His human is the weak link in the team. Life is good.
